· Ensure dealer compliance to the company's sales policies and direction

· Monitor industry trends and performances

· Formulate and recommend for approval amendments to NMPI warranty policies and procedures

PURCHASING SECTION HEAD |
|
Responsibilities:
· Supervise, review and approve the sourcing, procurement and development of production and non-production parts and other services as required by each NMPI group.
· Ensure that all parts and requested services are delivered to production and end user on time, with the right quality and at the least possible cost.
· Meet the necessary requirements for NMPI's importation and exportation activities; for importing materials at the least cost and for ensuring the timely delivery of import products; for exporting products that generates foreign exchange credits needed to back up NMPI's import requirements.
· Responsible for assuring that parts, materials and product specifications meet NMPI and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
· Provide dealers the necessary requirements for all motor vehicles that are sold to customers
· Secures documents for all vehicles invoiced to the dealers, provides certificate of stock reported and assembly reports to the dealers and ensures open communications with certain government agencies such as Land Transportation Office (LTO) and Anti-Carnap Task Force (Ancar)
· Register all company vehicles

· Minimum of six month experience in clerical work and familiarity with LTO procedures

|
· Implement Dealer Development Program (Service and Sales Satisfaction Program)

· Perform Compliance audit on Customer Satisfaction Standard (Dealers, Dealer CRD and NMPI Officers); prepares related reports and recommendations Administers Reward and Penalty Programs

Responsibilities:
· Inspect completely built units coming from upper stream of operation

Responsibilities:
· Provide support to the dealers in the execution of plans and programs related to Service functions
· Conduct dealer visits to monitor dealer performance and ensure quality of the After Sales Service
· Collect and monitor the data necessary for report preparation on dealer Service performance
· Evaluate and ensure dealer compliance to the different Service standards set by the company

· Prepare payroll accounting entries and reconcile general ledger balances against payroll register

Responsibilities:
· Ensure accurate costing of CKD, IP, spareparts, & other importation receipts.
· Record & monitor of importation register to provide management with reliable inventory & cost information pertaining to imported materials.
· Post CKD receipts and process Import/Export charges in Great Plains
|

· BS Accountancy Graduate from a reputable school and with good scholastic record
· With at least 6 months experience in accounting work
· Male or Female; 25 to 28 years old
