ENGINEERS

PROCESS ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
· Prepare Process Layout and Flow of vehicles for assembly
· Prepare KD Standard Time and monitor performance of the Assembly Plant shops
· Prepare production means materials standards and monitor actual consumption on the shop floor
· Prepare Process Sheets or Assembly Manuals necessary for new model introduction
· Participate in Engineering Trial activities
· Coach and assist the Assembly Plant lines in its daily activities
· Implement productivity and quality improvements to the production processes
· Monitor design changes and ensure its effective implementation

BUILDING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
· Provide design, specifications, scope of work, estimates for building & grounds project proposals and maintenance work
· Supervise construction, renovation and maintenance works
· Prepare complete set of architectural plans, structural drawings, civil works plans, electrical and plumbing layout thru autocad
· Maintain the building through monitoring repairs and rectification of previous structural designs
· Handles housekeeping activities
· Prepare / formulates 5S and implements the activities, also support in safety programs
· Assist in the promotions of the safety consciousness among employees
· Handle the renewal of business permits and processing of municipal and real property taxes
· Assist in Evaluating and recommending contractors for project construction & maintenance services including Janitorial Services
· Assist in Coordinating with Purchasing Department in the evaluation and selection of contractor and project and maintenance materials

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
· Prepare & conduct Technical Training Module in accordance to NML Standards (N-STEP)
· Conduct product (service) orientation for NMPI technical and non-technical staff during new model introduction
· Conduct product (service) orientation for Dealer Fleet customers
· Provide Technical Assistance to Dealer Service personnel through field work, telephone inquiries or via e-mail/internet
· Implement Service Campaigns via Service Bulletins, Campaign Announcements or Field Fix Repair
· Coordinate aftermarket product quality feedbacks (manufacturing related, local parts, safety related concerns) to NMPI Manufacturing Plant and other concerned departments via issuance of RCA (Request for Corrective Action)
· Coordinate aftermarket product quality feedbacks (CBU's, KD Parts, design related incidents) via Technical Report to the respective supplier
· Provide Technical Analysis & Evaluation of product quality related problems (e.g. unit defects, part defects, part interchangeability & applicability)
· Provide Technical Assistance in evaluating warranty reports, repair of new vehicles and product and feature explanation to complaining customers
· Generate report analysis

PUCHASING ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the procurement of direct and Indirect Production materials/equipments for production purposes
· Select suppliers, set specification, test, negotiate price, approve materials/equipment and maintain inventory at a minimum and economic level
· Ensure that services and purchased items are delivered and issued to end-users on time with the right quality and at the least possible time
Requirements:
· Graduate of Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering courses
· At least with 6 months to 1 year related working experience (for Technical Support Engineer and Building and Grounds Engineers) and 2-3 years working experience (for Process and Purchasing Engineers)
· With Good Analytical Skill
· With Good Moral Character
· Goal and Result Oriented
· Can work in a multi-tasking environment
· Has the passion for car, is an advantage
· Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa Laguna
· Preferably with driver's license
· Male/Female; 21 to 28 years old


PARTS INVENTORY SECTION HEAD

Responsibilities:
The Parts Inventory Section Head supervises and oversees the entire parts logistics and inventory operations. The position ensures adequacy of stocks while at the same time maintaining an optimal level of inventory by analyzing inventory movement in relation to the demand, forecasts, inventory leadtime and ordering frequency.

· Coordinate the movement of inventory from the warehouse to the customers or dealers
· Perform inventory demand forecasting and movement analysis
· Formulate processes and programs to improve logistics flow and inventory system
· Supervise parts ordering from NML, BBC Countries and local suppliers
· Formulate processes to optimize inventory and maintain a reasonable level of months stock
· Oversee fast supply of parts intended for VOR units
· Formulate programs to minimize non-moving parts
· Oversee the logistics system being adapted and must be able to pinpoint concerns and weaknesses and other areas of improvement
· Ensure accuracy of billing to dealers
Requirements:
· Graduate of Engineering or Business courses
· At least 1- 2 years work experience as supervisor in managing spare parts such as inventory control, logistics, order process, parts pricing and customer handling in Manufacturing set up
· With Good Analytical and Communication Skills
· With Good Moral Character
· Goal and Result Oriented
· Can work in a multi-tasking environment and very Dynamic
· Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa Laguna
· Must have valid driver's license
· Male, 25 to 35 years old


PARTS AND INVENTORY COSTING ANALYST

Responsibilities:
· Review and validate documents related to inventory receipt and issuances
· Generate work order register
· Post CKD (Completely Knocked Down) and 1P parts receiving
· Prepare monthly schedule of GIT and CKD
· Prepare monthly registers for CKD and other imported parts
· Update CKD price monitoring based on actual FOB
· Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for BOI and BIR
Requirements:
· Graduate of BS Accountancy
· With minimum of six months work experience in General Accounting or Cost Accounting gained from Manufacturing company
· Knowledge in Great Plains system operation will be an advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft Applications
· With Good Analytical and Communication Skills
· Male or Female; 22 - 28 years old
· Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa Laguna


AFTER SALES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
· Develop new after sales products and accessories
· Conceptualize and implement after sales campaigns, programs and promotions
· Analyze dealer after sales performance
· Prepare various presentation and reports
Requirements:
· Graduate of Business-related Course
· Preferably with 2 years experience in sales and/or business development
· Work experience in automotive parts and/or service operations will be an advantage
· With excellent communication skills
· Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
· With valid driver's license
· Male or Female; 23-28 years old
· Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna


STRATEGIC PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Responsibilities:
· Implement Challenge & Execute System (C&E) in the organization
· Regular performance monitoring, review & evaluation of different work units in the organization
· Assist the Section/Department Head in the conduct of business planning & review meetings & development of programs that promote corporate vision & objectives
· Initiate research activities & provide information for planning & decision making purposes


Requirements:
· Graduate of any Business course
· With good analytical skills / can understand financial data
· At least one (1) year related work experience
· Male or Female; 20-28 years old


HUMAN RESOURCES AND GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT HEAD

Responsibilities:
Human Resources
· Monitor the administration and implementation of Training and Development, Performance Management, Organization Development, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations Programs
· Monitor industrial and labor relations activities
· Monitor the provision of clinic services and canteen services

General Services
· Monitor the provision of security, janitorial, driver, shuttle, gasoline station, travel, telecommunication services
· Monitor the provision and maintenance of service vehicles. Monitor the management of registration and insurance of company vehicles
· Manage good relations with the surrounding community
· Monitor the maintenance of NMPI buildings and grounds
· Manage the implementation of design and construction of new or building improvements
· Monitor the implementation of special projects or job orders
· Monitor the administration of general office supplies
· Monitor the provision of courier and mail services, document reproduction services and newspaper services
· Manage the implementation of company wide 5S
· Manage scrap disposal programs and activities. Acts as chaiman of the disposal committee
· Monitor the processing of application of AEP, SRC and working VISAs of expatriates
· Monitors the processing of business permits and payment of real property and municipal taxes

Safety and Environmental
· Monitor the implementation of safety activities and programs of the company
· Monitor environmental compliance programs and activities
· Monitor the provision for fire insurance of company assets

Requirements:
· Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or Behavioral Science, or Engineering · Preferably with Masters Degree in Psychology or Engineering
· With At least 5 years of working experience in Managerial Level
· With Good Analytical and Communication Skills
· Aggressive, Goal and Result Oriented
· Can work in a multi-tasking environment and very Dynamic
· Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa Laguna
· Must have valid driver's license
· Male or Female; ages 31 up to 40 years old


DEALER MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD

Responsibilities:
· Provide the strategies needed in order to achieve higher dealer productivity and sales satisfaction of the customers
· Oversee the formulation and implementation of programs (including necessary countermeasures) intended to achieve objectives in terms of dealer productivity and sales satisfaction of customers
· Provide dealers with directions in terms of above-mentioned objectives

Requirements:
· Graduate of Business Courses (Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Advertising, etc.)
· With At least 3 years of working experience in Managerial Level
· With Good Analytical and Communication Skills
· Aggressive, Goal and Result Oriented
