|
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the product management and market research functions of the organization
· Initiate marketing strategy and devise the marketing plan and ensure that the organization offers the right model mix with specifications that are based on the needs of the market
· Ensure that the organization has sufficient market and industry intelligence and oversee the conduct of of special research project and studies to support the formulation and implementation of effective plans and programs

· With minimum of five (5) years in Product Management and Market Research

|
With Specialization on any of the following Areas:
Market Planning
· Plan, organize, direct and control all marketing related activities
· Supervise marketing events including coordination with dealer marketing, advertising and communication
· Assist in Marketing strategy formulation
Sales Planning
· Formulate plans and programs to ensure sales target achievement
· Identify potential sales opportunities and threats in relation to vehicle sales
· Assess the effectiveness of the implemented sales programs and provide countermeasures to ensure sales target achievement
· Monitor industry trends and performances
Fleet and Sales Management
· Evaluate and recommend dealer sales and marketing programs for vehicle sales such as business and sales analysis, forecasting and program preparation, presentation and implementation and monitoring of results and countermeasure preparation
· Ensure dealer compliance to the company's sales policies and direction
· Monitor fleet prospects / accounts requirements and evaluate programs related to fleet transactions to achieve higher closing rate

| Requirements: |
|
· Graduate of Business Courses (Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Advertising, etc.)
Specific Requirement:
Market Planning: Background in Advertising, Marketing or Brand Managing;
Sales Planning and Fleet Sales Management: Background in Sales Operations and Sales Program Formulation
· Must have at least two (2) years work experience as supervisor
· Must love cars
· Must be personable and aggressive
· Either Male or Female; 25-30 years old;
· With valid driver's license
· Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna

|
|
Responsibilities
· Responsible for the establishment of vehicle specifications
· Design and prototype parts and components for localization
· Determine ways to enhance the quality of locally manufactured parts and reduce development costs

· Graduate of any Engineering course except Civil Engineering
· Must have at least 2 years experience in Parts Development or Quality Assurance
· Male or Female; 23-28 years old

| Position Title

Vouchers Payable Section Head |
|
Responsibilities:
· Check VPs processed by staff for check payment every 15th and 30th of the month
· Ensure proper witholding taxes are deducted from suppliers' invoices upon payment
· Analyze suppliers' accounts and reconcile against their statement of accounts
· Prepares schedules and analyses whenever necessary during audit

· Graduate of BS Accountancy
· CPA license is preferred but not required
· Must have at least one year experience in processing of payables on supervisory capacity
· Female; 25-30 years old
· Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna

Tax & Financial Planning Specialist (Supervisory Level) |
|
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and file Tax Returns
· Ensure compliance with national and local tax laws and regulations
· Handle tax planning by conducting researches and studies on tax aspect of proposed projects or new ventures

| Requirements: |
|
· Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy from a reputable school and with good scholastic record
· CPA license is preferred but not required
· With at least 3 years experience in accounting work and with tax related function
· Female; 25-35 years old
· Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna

Budget Analyst |
|
Responsibilities:
· Prepare monthly performance report of all departments
· Assist in the preparation and consolidation of business plan
· Provide support in the analysis, interpretation and reporting of financial data to assist top management in maximizing the utilization of funds and determining project profitability

|
· Graduate of BS Accountancy
· Preferably with 1-3 years work experience in Budgeting, General Accounting, Cost or Management Accounting
· Either Male or Female; 23 to 28 years old
· Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
|
