Displaying key elements from the "Imagination Factory", including design process showcases, design philosophy panels, statues, color samples, toolkits, sketches and quarter-scale models, the Nissan Design Forum acts as a mobile museum of automotive design. From concept to creation, from the plausible to the prototype, the exhibition will feature works of diverse yet distinctive styling that encapsulates the principles of Nissan design.
The beauty and spectacle of Nissan design will be vividly seen through the ultra accurate quarter-scale models of the Silvia, Pivo, Sylphy, Teana, Tiida, Latio, Grand Livina, Murano, 350Z and Frontier Navara. Cars distinctive in its category but all bearing trademark considerations that make each model undeniably and uniquely Nissan.
The Nissan Design Forum literature indicates the "Imagination Factory" as a milestone emphasizing the significance and importance of design in the overall Nissan brand. It is a vision that drives the journey from idea to reality, adding beauty and art into ordinary things, transforming it from a piece of machinery to an extension of one's personality. The Design Forum stresses, "We drive dreams around town. That's the power of design."
